I am very pleased to let you know that on Tuesday we had our AQTF audit, and the auditor has issued a report to VETAB recommending that our registration application be approved.

The successful outcome is due in very large part to Daniel's work and guidance for us as we went though the process of preparing policies, procedures and forms, our library of training materials and in facilitating several critical sessions on SWOT analysis and business plan development at our annual trainers' meeting.

We probably weren't the easiest client for Daniel, as we have a small training team who have a very heavy workload which had to be maintained at almost the same level, as well as finding time to do the AQTF work. However, Daniel at all time showed patience, tolerance and good humour, and in fact did a lot of work himself when we had difficulty to keep up with the plan.

Above all though, the reason that we reached the successful outcome was that Daniel knew what we had to do, and guided us in the right direction.

I also should thank and give credit to you for finding Daniel in the first place, and also for finding Michael. Michael's assessment workshop for us was important, as our trainers learnt a lot from the experience and it gave us a much better understanding of the assessment process.

So, I am happy to say that the project is now closed, successfully, with our thanks once again.
