FOR RTOs - Executive Coaching

A good coach helps executives develop clarity of purpose and focus on action. A coach will help you to:

  • Make the specific behavioural changes you want to make
  • Leverage your strengths to become more effective in your work and
  • Identify your developmental needs.

Their key focus is behavioural change. An Executive Coach is not a therapist although they may use Neuro linguistic tools.

Coaching sessions are designed to establish and achieve clear goals that will result in improved business effectiveness, both for the individual and the organisation.

Coaching is not about unravelling personalities, but often involves people doing things differently in the workplace. It is about clearing roadblocks, unlocking potential and filling gaps between where people are and where they would like to be.

Coaching sessions are confidential and provide the participant with independent feedback and good action ideas which can be integrated into real time job situations.

Executive coaching targets leadership development and improved business results.

I really enjoyed both the content and the presentation of the course. It was one of the most interesting sessions I have attended. .... Thanks again. All the best. Regards,

Rob Eggers.
